  • If no work has commenced and a refund is requested within 48 hours of payment.
  • If a service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational failure from our side.
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.

2. Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Time-based services (e.g., monthly SEO, ad management) once work has started
  • Completed or partially completed deliverables
  • Services delayed due to client inaction or failure to provide required information
  • Third-party fees or ad budgets paid to platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any service, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns fairly through:

  • Revisions (if included in your package)
  • Credit toward future services
  • Partial refunds (at our discretion, based on work completed)

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at [your@email.com] with:

  • Your full name
  • Service purchased
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 5 business days.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
